Fantastic place to call to home I moved here in November and I love it here all the office people are very helpful and Colleen is awesome it is like a little community in a a building and like I said in my headline it is more than an apartment it is my home
A great facility I have moved to Sky Rise Apartments since August 15 and management staff and maintenance staff have been excellent any concerns or any problems that I have a dress have been taken care of properly and they try to make sure the facility is clean and tidy at all times and security is a great priority I would highly recommend this facility to anybody that is considering
50 Location, Location, Location. The Skyrise Aprtments is on the Rock River in Rockford IL. I have a beautiful view of the River and take a walk along it every day when the weather permits. When it doesn't, the "Y" is just on the other side of the river, a three minute drive. It is a one minute walk to the Burpee Museum where there is an excellent series of lectures.
Sky High This is a great place for 55 individuals. The building is secure and offers a lot of amenities. Gas grill, 14th floor outside deck with patio seating. The building close to downtown activities.
This apartment community is one the best places for older people I recently moved out of Skyrise Apartments property earlier this month, and overall had a great experience there. I can't speak for all of tenants, but the management team at Skyrise Apartments was always very professional and very accommodating.
