Tanya the property manager provides an excellent service. She is both personable and highly professional. She is always available dependable and made my stay at Skyring Territory Lodge very comfortable. I appreciated the flexibility that was provided to me when I needed to leave earlier than expected. The property is very clean and conveniently located close to the CBD, Woolworths and buses. It has a shared kitchen and shared laundries, which are very useful. Change of management in the last few months - I had really enjoyed my stay at Kalidonis, as it was known then, for three months but new management never fixed the washing machine despite being asked multiple times. This left the whole floor with one washing machine to share. They also kept $265 of my deposit for cleaning the mattress even though it had a protector on the entire time and 3 hours worth of cleaning? They never had the decency to reply to my email.
