Called about how there’s outside air blowing in my apartment and the girl while very friendly was not helpful at all. When I said I won’t renew my lease she said ok, likes it’s not big deal. Not good customer service considering heating/cooling my apartment costs a ton because the air comes into my house
Natali was absolutely amazing!! She was so welcoming. I was honestly between 2 different apartment complexes and because she was just so warm and welcoming I went with skyridge.
