I’ve rented from over five different properties in my life, and unfortunately, this was the first where I encountered notable issues. To start with the positives: The community is in a safe, friendly area, and I never had any trouble with parking—which is a big plus. The staff were generally polite and professional in demeanor. Office is pleasant and maintenance is great. Beautiful grounds and clean common areas
