Had to clone my org in order to split my company. Talked to Rene, gave me pricing, got a formal quote within 2 days. Jump on a zoom meeting with Fernando, the developer, and walked him through what we needed. And that's all I needed. Worked with them a timeline to deploy the changes. After delivery of product (two days); got on zoom call with Fernando again, explained the two glitches we found, they were solved within an hour.
