I highly recommend Skypark Medical
You'll wait in the lobby only to be whisked out of the office as though it was universal health care. I explained my problem in great depth having done research on my own. I got to pay $100 for the pleasure of hearing another voice say it back to me. No strong recommendations for relief and a take it or leave it solution of surgery or learn to deal.
