Sounds like a terrible credit union, as i was going to open a savings acct here this week, but decided not too after seeing all the reviews, as i love there building in Hawthorne, as it is where CSI Miami was filmed for 10 years, and love to see it when im in the area, but i wont be opening an acct now after reading all the bad reviews stay well all!
I've had an account here for over 15 years. Used to be a great credit union, have spent over an hour trying to reach a person only to be told they have no supervisors available to resolve my issue. If you're looking to open a new account don't do it with this financial institution this is the worst I have ever experienced
If you enjoy never being able to get in touch with an actual live person or waiting on hold FOREVER then this is the bank for you. Otherwise I suggest looking elsewhere.
Ive been with Skyone for roughly 2 years. I hate it. The customer service members say they will "call you back" once they have an answer, they never call back. And that's if they even bother to pick up. They will call, text, and email you multiple times a day about payments but cannot be bothered to answer questions and assist customers. If you can, choose a different credit union.
