This was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life . I will never use this bank ever again in my life. Very unprofessional and very greedy.i sold my car just to get away from them. Am free.
I don't know what happened to this credit union. They used to be great. Now they don't do anything and won't process paperwork. The staff obviously works from home and doesn't do anything. They also refuse to put a manager on the phone. I've been waiting 7 weeks for them to add people to an account. I guess it's time to move on.
