Ive been with Skyone for roughly 2 years. I hate it. The customer service members say they will "call you back" once they have an answer, they never call back. And that's if they even bother to pick up. They will call, text, and email you multiple times a day about payments but cannot be bothered to answer questions and assist customers. If you can, choose a different credit union.

Overall, SkyOne is a solid credit union with friendly customer service and a positive banking experience in many respects. Unfortunately, its transaction restrictions have become a significant inconvenience for me. One of the biggest drawbacks is the low Zelle transfer limit. SkyOne limits Zelle transfers to $3,000 per month. While that may be sufficient for some customers, it is not enough for my financial needs. Impossible to get through to an agent for help. On hold for 25 minutes. My account is locked out and I have no choice but to wait and wait. If you are looking for good customer service, go elsewhere.
One of these “survey” apps was supporting this bank saying “if you sign up you’ll get like a 4.0% return on your savings as it grows” then the second I signed up it switched and stated “it was UP TO 4.0% but you’re getting 1.0%” -_-. So whatever, I never received anything related to being a new customer, I don’t know nothing about their policies or fees. Nothing.
