I had a great experience for my first wax with Yali, she was professional, gentle, and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. The space was clean and welcoming, and the process was quick but thorough. She checked in with me throughout and gave helpful aftercare tips too. Definitely going back!
To start, Yali’s space is beautiful! She really took care into the details of how inviting the space is. She was very quick to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was there for a microdermabrasion facial. She asked questions about my skin and lifestyle. She noticed little details about my skin and helped me treat those areas of concern.
