I found myself needing to be seen by a dermatologist but without medical insurance. A scary place. I googled free dermatology and this came up as an affordable option. I was skeptical but reading so many positive reviews was insightful. The onboarding process was pretty simple and the app was used friendly. On Sunday, I submitted online visit with Dr. Antoanella Calame for my son. On skyMD "terms and conditions" website stated that I will receive diagnose 'usually within 24 hours, or 2 business days". After two business days I contacted skyMD Michael Abrams, he said he will email Dr. Antoanella Calame, but it may take a few days. I did finally receive respond on Friday. Since it took so long for your respond, we did take my son to local dermatology Doctor and it ended up with "Eczema infected with bacteria" diagnosis. I request... read more

This site is a scam. I bought and paid for a product that was never sent. I contacted customer support and about a week later the product was sent out. There was an issue with the order. I contacted support again, who told me I had to follow up with the dermatologist. The derm's phone number did not work, and no emails were answered. I was able to locate the physical "practice" that is obviously a front. The limited social media accounts for this "practice" seem like empty dummy accounts.
