The MD was an insulting, privileged, arrogant jerk! I submitted my issue on Friday afternoon. I have an extremely bad rosacea flare. He accepted the case and even told me his plan was to order doxycycline and ointment. I am an RN and I knew I needed this treatment asap. By Saturday he had not ordered the doxycycline so I contacted him. He writes back that he cannot help me because he wants to spend time with his wife and young children! Wow! Arent you special! ****************************************************** was very knowledgeable with my case and helped in many ways other doctors couldnt. His only service was better than any doctor I seen in person for this issue. He listened to my concerns and addressed everything with confidence and got me what I needed within a day when I had been dealing with multiple doctors for months! I cant express the gratitude I feel thank you!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. I SAW A DERMATOLOGIST via the app who practices in GA. I told him what happened and that I cannot use certain medication. I listed what I cant use and how it initially caused my issues. He went against my wishes and basically prescribed me the same thing that I am allergic to. I kept messaging him via the app. He ignored me since. I am out of $79, no medicine and still suffering trying to figure out where to go next. Absolutely disgusting and appalling care. They will not prescribe you accutane as they advertise. The doctor tried to make claims that were exactly the opposite of what I was told by a doctor who did prescribe accutane. So much for convenience, it's a waste of money if you're looking for accutane. Just go to a face to face with a dermatologist who will tell you truths and prescribe you the medication that works miracles.

Dr.... .... has rejected my case as i suffered in pain. Took hours to get a msg w program only for dr to say pics are unclear. This is not true pics taken by newest ******* phone released. Asked skymd for a different dr as she seemed to want to go to Easter early rarher than help patients. Skymd wasted my time with a ridiculously poor excuse for not doing the work. Don't waste time here AVOID SKYMD they lack basic people ************ that the medical society requires. People not money. People in pain for Easter.

This site does not care about you or your health. Just read ***** and take what the suggest for over the counter because the doctors on this site wont offer you anything more than that. Dr. ***** ****** doesnt like to read the patient history or ask any questions to aid in the diagnosis and management of patient symptoms. Its supposed to be reliable and quick but the only thing you can rely on quickly is being told to do the things youve already likely tried. Dont waste your time and money.

This place literally advertises "no surprise bills"... and then sends you multiple surprise bills that you don't even owe. Their support literally texts back mocking emojis when you reach out... it could not be worse. If they don't soon fix this I will report them to the ** govt.
