This was an extremely frustrating experience. I was told earlier that I had to come in person for pupillary distance measurement, which is why nothing was finalized before. I've been with them for quite some time. The eye exams are very thorough. However, booking has been great, done very soon in time. Once I'm temporarily in OW, somehow the booking gets extended for a very long time.
Awesome service. I went for my eye exam, the whole team is very professional. I recommend.
Re-visit: I did a regular eye check with Dr. Zhang once more time last year, and was very satisfied with his professional services. Lately, I suddenly had an eye issue with painful eyeballs and blurry vision. With great panic, I called Skymark Eye clinic again. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, helping me book an appointment asap with Dr. Zhang.
