This was an extremely frustrating experience. I was told earlier that I had to come in person for pupillary distance measurement, which is why nothing was finalized before. Because of this requirement, I spent a significant amount of time traveling to the clinic today, only to have the visit turn into a complete waste of time. I've been with them for quite some time. The eye exams are very thorough. However, booking has been great, done very soon in time. Once I'm temporarily in OW, somehow the booking gets extended for a very long time.
Awesome service. I went for my eye exam, the whole team is very professional. I recommend.
Re-visit: I did a regular eye check with Dr. Zhang once more time last year, and was very satisfied with his professional services. Lately, I suddenly had an eye issue with painful eyeballs and blurry vision. With great panic, I called Skymark Eye clinic again. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, helping me book an appointment asap with Dr. Zhang. I have been going here for few years now,recently took my dad there for the second time,and Dr. Zhang took him in on his off time,and did a very thorough eye check up and got a new prescription,my dad is extremely impressed and happy with the new glasses he got and said his vision is ten times better,he can see everything so clearly now. Once again,job well done,Dr.Zhang &Mary,thank you so much,and will highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professionalism and friendly service in eye care clinics.
