AVOID AT ALL COST, especially if you're looking at renting in Building 300. I completely echo the other 1 star reviews referencing the crime here and had to vacate for safety. A drug dealer moved in and it quickly became a high crime squatting location. Unhoused drug users sleeping in the staircase, running rampant in the building and on property, pulling fire alarms every night, and vandalizing. I have lived at Skyloft Apartments for the past eight months and have been very pleased with my experience. The leasing staff made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and the maintenance team is always quick to address any issues that arise. The property is consistently clean, and the landscaping is well maintained on a weekly basis. My dog enjoys the people/dog watching.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, especially if you are looking close to this review date! There is a drug dealer currently in building 300. Police did what they could to build a case which takes time, but management did nothing to help protect the residents. They did not place cameras near entryways or parking lots, nor did they lock the entryway door. They did not hire a courtesy officer after there was a man with a machete (!!) walking around. Just signed our lease for a second year at Skyloft. We love the dog friendliness and convenience of the location! The leasing office was great answering our questions and getting back to us right away when we were having issues resigning the lease through the portal. She handled our issues quickly and smoothly. We’re looking forward to another year here!
We had booked a tour to view SkyLoft three bedroom with Alysha at 11:30am. On the day of the tour, we arrived about ten minutes early. We could not find an office and walked around the property a bit with no luck. We asked a resident where the office might be, and he said there is no office on location, but they have an office at their other property, River Mill Lofts.
