Skyloft has truly been an amazing place to live. From day one, the management team has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Aaron, Jack, Tyler, and Hiba are all incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly. They genuinely care about the residents and it shows. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the grounds are always clean, and the amenities are consistently well kept. We’ve really enjoyed our time living at Skyloft — the location is unbeatable, the building is well-maintained, and the team here has always been friendly and responsive. The amenities are a major highlight, especially the rooftop views and the gym. One small downside has been the jacuzzi, which unfortunately hasn’t been operational during our stay. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have lived at Skyloft for less than two weeks and already feel completely unsafe in my own apartment. The management team entered my unit without consent after I clearly revoked permission through both a phone call and an email. I walked in and found someone inside my home. No warning. No apology. No accountability. I filed a police report because this is a serious violation of privacy and California law. skyloft has been the best place I have been able to find to live, I love all the activities that they do for the residents, the apartments are beautiful, and the coexistence is spectacular, the guys in the office are always willing to help with the best attitude (Tylerr, Aaron, Jack, Hiba, Andreas etc) I recommend Skyloft as the best place to live in Irvine
