We had a very frustrating application experience with Skyloft. We attempted to apply for a unit as soon as it appeared on Skyloft’s public availability/sitemap page. During the application process, the website said we needed to complete a required form, but the form did not appear, so we could not proceed to the final submission step. We called Skyloft immediately, and staff were able to see the same issue using the account information we provided. I had the best move-in experience here & currently am so pleased with how quiet, safe, & clean the place is. sawson has been with me from start to finish & so quick about answering all my concerns/questions, shes the absolute best couldn’t ask for a more smoother transition!
Would not recommend moving here. First the noise in general is bad but specifically from upstairs neighbors is so loud. Could hear every step they took and hear their dog at all hours. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. We contacted management and they said they were unable to do anything for us and lacked any empathy. I’m genuinely so grateful for our building manager, Tyler. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely cares for people. I’ve seen firsthand how much everyone trusts him he’s truly a person of integrity. I’m so happy I chose this building.
