I wanted to move forward with Skyline Trinity, but the experience with the leasing office made it impossible. First, I was told there was a special and that my rent would be locked in at $1,158. Later, the price increased to $1,323. The leasing agent, Alysha, told me she would speak to the manager, Emely, to adjust it back to the agreed price. Pros: -This place is in a great location and the accessibility is amazing. Access to restaurants, run clubs, downtown activities etc -The maintenance team is very attentive and fast responding -The office staff was really nice and understanding - Very affordable Cons (beyond their control): -The water system is horrible and smells poorly -It smells like dog urine and feces around the complex. I have lived at Skyline for almost 3 years now. Back in 2023 when I first moved in, it was great! Orlando and that management team were awesome, made my move in process seamless I ended up moving to another bigger unit within the apartment and that went well too. But recently, things have gone down hill... There are no more resident events, the guest parking on the top floor has been taken away now cars flood the street. The hallways are FILTHY.
