How could Skyline improve? Kill the roaches, kill the mice, fix the garage, perform timely, effective maintenance, install washers and dryers in all apartments, replace the two-pipe FCU units with ductless heat pump units, replace the balcony railings with ones that meet current code so no more children fall to their deaths. I lived here from May 2017-Feb 2018. I lived on the 3rd floor of the south tower, in a 2 bed 2 bath with a roommate. Our total rent was something like $1700/month which we got decently cheap because of a special being run on the rooms that had construction on the balconies, rendering them unusable (and resulting in a lot of construction) for many months of our lease. Horrible building and horrible manager. As others have stated, the building manager has zero concern for tenants and refuses to solve issues. Not to mention the pests, faulty oven, and stuff in the room constantly breaking down and and maintenance not even trying to fix the problem. I cannot wait to move out when my lease is up. I do NOT recommend living here at all! Take your money elsewhere.
0 Stars Worst apartment rental experience of my lifetime, hands-down! Maintenance issues go unresolved for years. Yes, years.!! The management staff (Equity Residential) displays zero concern for the tenants, children run rampant through the halls, security is a joke, and the infrastructure, including the garage, is literally falling down. Rent elsewhere!! @equityres (www.equityresidential.com) is the worst property residential company in existence.
