Wasting money Mouses and rats are everywhere in building and units. The management is a bullshit full of africans who are unprofessional, no one will listen to you or assist you and if you insist they will treat you bad. Stay away from “kenneth” The utilities will cost you more than $150/month + rent and parking...so be ready. You’ll never get your security deposit even you leave your apartment clean and without damage, they will find you any reason to charge you something. Dont waste your money...
oh!! if there is a zero for service... this is my last month in this horrible place, they do not know what is customer service, they are out there to get your money and charge you for somethings that you'll find out about them later on your bill, elevators problem all the time one or two elevator are working , water cut offs every week, you pay for parking and they still tow your car, cuz i have expired inspection even if you pay parking!!! Don’t move here. The elevators have been broken for almost two months. I am a heavy sleeper. But I am constantly awoken by the loud noise the elevators make. I am up now, at 12:33 am because of the elevators waking me. AND I LIVE TWO APARTMENTS AWAY FROM THE ELEVATORS. No word from management on when the elevators will be fixed. Residents are CONSTANTLY in the elevators without masks. Like the pandemic has been canceled or air is magically recycled in elevators or there is a six foot social distance in elevators. The management is very unprofessional, profit centered, and simply doesn't care about the living conditions provided to residents. What they show you during your apartment tour and amenities they mention are pretty much non-existent. DON'T FALL FOR IT! They don't protect their residents' property nor their residents truly! We pay extra fee for parking every month HOWEVER our vehicles seem to get towed at the same rate. Finding parking every night is atrocious especially after a long day of work. EVERYWHERE MICE AND ROACHES. NEVER MOVE TO THIS DISGUSTING APARTMENT!!!!
The people who live here are bigots to the dogs who live here too! Also they do not control their children who run throughout the building unsupervised. And they pollute and drop their food on elevators and on the carpet in common areas and don’t clean it up. The management has done nothing to address these problems. The fire department visits here at least once per week.
