As a resident of Skyline and Carlyle for over 25 years, I am deeply disappointed by the appalling decline in management and maintenance. This summer was unbearable due to a broken, excessively loud air conditioning unit that went unaddressed despite my complaints over two months ago. Completely Unacceptable and Dehumanizing Behavior Never have I experienced such dehumanizing and unprofessional conduct. I walked in with a simple question and was met with immediate hostility, while another person before me of the same color as the manager was treated politely. If you are planning to rent an apartment- Run!! The apartments have heavy infestation, the management will pretend like having roaches is okay- its not!! The building is old, something keeps breaking. Its noisy and loud. Do not rent !!
Management office employees are rude and unprofessional. Never willing to help. The office is run like a welfare office, where they act like they are doing you a favor by renting an apartment. The staff are NOT customer service oriented.
