We’ve lived here almost a year and never see us moving !!! And on a scale of 1-10 , I would give it a 10+ On so many levels . First and foremost AMY the property manager is so beyond efficient , kind and always has an amazing sense of humor!!! She always takes that extra step for the tenants and hires the best subs to come into our places to fix things, an d the in house team Jose is darling ... It really is a community . The views in some of the townhomes are quite nice. The pricing and management culture are seemingly quite off so far. I do think that it is good news that rents could be dropping- as short term rentals are no longer allowed in Monterey- per a recent ruling- likely bursting the renting pricing bubble... in a few years...
Really horrible management. I had things broken into, was blamed for it by management, told they wouldnt put in lighting later- and get harassed over my service dog. It is a strange place and well known in the community to have antagonistic, strange management.
