Ordered a part that was advertised, paid for express delivery. Called 5 days later to get an eta on the part and the receptionist was rude and very difficult to deal with. Very bad customer service. Canceled my order prior to my confirmation. 100% don’t recommend buying from this business.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude lady answering the phones who offered no help and cancelled my order because I questioned the legitimacy of "next day delivery"
Have ordered from these guys for years! Cannot fault the team especially the admin lady and her customer service, as someone who had a parcel lost due to freight company they have been nothing but the best in trying to sort it out for me. Will be buying from these guys for many years to come :)
Beware of scamming/ fraud especially when buying driveline parts. Edit 2 because Skyline Spares tries to shift the blame on me: First of all I never got any repairs done on the shaft, it is still in the same bad condition like the day I received it from you because I‘m still trying to solve this matter somehow. But sure keep on assuming. And regarding the pictures/videos & report you guys want from me I already told you the issue which I’m still trying to resolve.
