Have brought many parts from this place including I have brought a whole Nissan Skyline from there other business they own and manage. This time I was very worried about freight as I was getting a set of mint side skirts sent from Sydney to Brisbane. I contacted them to ask for specific packaging and they where very up front with photos and packaging it in the best way you possibly can.No damages at all. I've gotta give props to Sally for being a lovely, professional and understanding receptionists for today. I've been on a hunt for an Evo 5 part from other stores and they give us a short answer in a non enthusiastic tone of voice. Whether they're having a bad day or not take ques from Sally and be supportive and generous to take loads of time to serve a customer. Again thank you Sally guiding us through on the phone and letting us know what's available to purchase humble and mad respect to her.
The intercooler bracket i purchased for my GTR R34 were amazing. Perfect and extraordinary quality for second hand parts. 10/10 service, thank you to Cristiano he has amazing customer service and helped me buy the parts i needed. I will definitely be returning to this fabulous workplace.
Poor experience dealing with Skyline Spares, purchased a bonnet which arrived severely damaged. Took about 4 months for their insurance to approve a claim only to not be reimbursed for the total amount they had promised at the beginning
