I had a 6x12' skylight put in on my home a few months ago. With all the rain, I noticed the skylight was leaking and couldn't figure it out with my roofer. I reached out the skylight manufacture. First they helped me trouble shoot over the phone as it is rare to have leaking skylights. After a few rounds, they sent out Dewayne to investigate. Everyone was very efficient and helpful! I know nothing about skylights. I knew very little about what I needed to replace my broken dome other than the measurements. They were able to interpret what I needed with very little information. Bounce, they had my skylight dome in stock! I brought my two small children with me and they were very accommodating. They even helped me put the dome in the car and push my stroller out, since I was wrangling my littles. Overall, it was a pleasent experience and would recommend them!
