Second time at Skyline Rotorua today and we loved it! The gondola ride is spectacular and gives an unparalleled view of Rotorua and the surrounding areas. Love the facilities at the top - nice sitting having a drink and some food on the verandah, the winery and Jelly Bean shop are must dos and some nice things at the Gift Shop. Highly recommended at least once!

Attractions are great, Stratosphere restaurant is a must do. Luge is great family fun! But the staff are just plain rude and disingenuous. From buying tickets to doing the luge, they’re everywhere but not helpful or friendly! We finished the luge ride and two female staff members shouted at me to put the luge onto the conveyor belt, I was struggling as I had my young son with me as well. As a family with two teenage boys we really enjoyed it. It was lots of fun and plenty of laughs along the way. Luge was the best!! Great fun. Thank you
The highlight of our visit in Rotorua. As we descend & accelerated on a luge; my 5yo son yelled, “Definitely my favorite place to go”. We are ecstatic to return. Great job Skyline, we are truly impressed.
Had a good experience at the Skyline, did the Luge and swing and would recommend both, only downside was that the staff looked and sounded like they would rather be doing anything else.
