Meh. Shitty staff at the luge/ gondolas. Not all, but majority. Is it so hard to crack a smile. I mean, c'mon you have tourists coming in daily, you want them to have the best experience and talking positively about how great NZ hospo is, right? Personally Queenstown wins this one, almost everyone there was welcoming, nobody standing around looking bored as shit.
