I have clicked yes on recommending this place but couple of suggestions which might improve visitor experience going forward. We , family of eight, had awesome fun at this place even though it was raining on and off. Unfortunately we only found out after we reached up there that 2/3 luge rides were closed - one due to resurfacing and other due to weather. some kinda discount or compensation should be give considering we are not getting full experience - may be a complementary greens screen pics. we love having coffee enjoyable food happy friendly staff spectacle views. Watching people enjoying themselves with all the activities going on..Wonderful place without realizing how fast the time goes.
