Paid for 5 rides but queuing for over 90 minutes a ride due to the chairlift breaking down. No refunds and we only had time to get two rides.
Great view, really tasty winery, and dinner was the perfect end to a taste of New Zealand fun �

Great fun for the kids and adults alike. The queues, even though looked long, went through smoothly and quickly. The staff were professional, entertaining and very helpful. Great day for all the family.
It was an amazing day. Everyone from my parents who are in their sixties to my youngest child who is three had a wonderful time. Could not get enough of the luge. Had plenty to eat and drink. Can wait to go again.
