A quiet day - nice for us but not so good for their business. Highly recommended by the 7 year-old. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Apart from the thrill of seeing our 3 little grandchildren having so much fun I was most impressed with the helpfullness of staff. Two cellphones lost and thankfully returned to us by friendly & helpful staff during our visit. A luge ticket lost but still honoured. Very clean bathrooms & rubbish bins emptied regularly. Hand sanitiser & wipes available & rain ponchos...it was a wet day! Thank you Skyline Rotorua for a great afternoon.
