IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A STAR, I WOULD HAVE. CONSIDER IT A NEGATIVE 1 STAR. I AM A TENANT IN A PROPERTY THAT THESE PEOPLE "MANAGE". THE CORRECT DESCRIPTION OF THEIR DUTIES WOULD BE THAT IT TOOK A MONTH FOR THEM TO GET ME INTO A HOME THAT WAS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE. THEY DON'T REPAIR OR RESPOND TO ANY CONCERNS. THEY COLLECT THE CERTIFIED RENT CHECK. THE HOURS OF THEIR OFFICE IS A JOKE. NEVER THERE. THEY ALSO DON'T ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALLS.
