We’ve used Skyline Realty to manage our condo in Cambridge for many years and then lately to put it on the market for sale. We found its staff highly professional and responsive, and the transition from renting to selling has been seamless. We are in particular impressed by Isssm Dib who assisted us throughout the otherwise daunting process. Kudos to Issam and the rest of the Skyline team.
Skyline is the worst building management company. They will overcharge you for every repair and add a 10-20% fee on top of it. Please, if you live in a building with an association, do not hire them.
We used Julian as our realtor for our condo. I seriously cannot express how lucky and thankful we were to have had him represent us. He went above and beyond our expectations and did everything in his power to get our deal done in a timely manner. He was very committed and communicative throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend him enough. If you have ANY thoughts of needing a realtor/property manager I cannot recommend him enough.
I had such a great experience with them. The team was professional, approachable, and really attentive to my needs. They guided me every step of the way and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt that they cared about helping me find the right place, not just making a sale. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy real estate service!
