I am currently living here and unfortunately would not recommend this apartment complex I am living in, in Wahpeton. I have raised concerns multiple times about cigarette smoke entering my unit, which has been ongoing and unresolved. I’ve also reported issues with packages being stolen, which is especially frustrating since there are no security cameras in the buildings. Your maintance is AWESOME. my AC went out on Friday the apartment was at 81 degrees maintance came and gave me a brand new air conditioner. Amanda is awesome and so is the maintance person who came.
