Thieves! They collected three months of rent from my tenants and never paid me. My tenants had no clue when I flew it to find out why. They were not available in office, on the phone and stopped replying to my emails. Stay away from these scammers!

Former tenant. Slumlords don’t want to be sued so they just moved back to San Diego. I will be relocating there (where I’m originally from) in pursuit of justice and I will find them. I cannot disclose more about my case but do *not* trust these sheisty fools, who ironically assume everyone is a fool but them. They are not very bright individuals—not business savvy nor people or street savvy. They are Trump-loving negligent sinister crooks.
Matt Bonnes and Kylie Bonnes are a couple of the most frustrating, uncommunicative, unethical and rude people I have ever had to deal with. They withhold security deposits from tenants and attempt to ghost them (will literally pick up the phone and hang up after claiming they will “take care of it momentarily.”) They count on wearing people down with inconvenience to steal money from folks.
