Note: I originally wrote this in early 2023 but three years later I noticed it wasn't published. I had to edit it a bit, but here it is. Thieves! They collected three months of rent from my tenants and never paid me. My tenants had no clue when I flew it to find out why. They were not available in office, on the phone and stopped replying to my emails. Stay away from these scammers!

Former tenant. Slumlords don’t want to be sued so they just moved back to San Diego. I will be relocating there (where I’m originally from) in pursuit of justice and I will find them. I cannot disclose more about my case but do *not* trust these sheisty fools, who ironically assume everyone is a fool but them. They are not very bright individuals—not business savvy nor people or street savvy. They are Trump-loving negligent sinister crooks.
