I've been going to Skyline primary care for 4 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I've been treated by two doctors over that time-frame, and my current doctor is Dr. Zoya. She is absolutely AMAIZING! I've never trusted a physician like I do her, and it's due to her genuine interest, and thoughtful approach.
They take advantage and bill you incorrectly. In fact, they may charge you twice for the same visit with different coding. Watch what they send you and keep records!! They are unethical and predatory. When I did finally work it out with my insurance, they sent a second bill, but changed the coding to a completely different procedure. This was done as it would not be covered by my insurance. So after insurance already paid, then they tried to double charge by changing coding to get me to pay too.
My visit with the Doctor went well. I was there for my annual physical. Unfortunately the Phlebotomist was not there to draw my bloodwork. I had to come back 4 days later to have it drawn. This required a 45 minute return each way. This has me considering finding a new Doctor because this happened the last time I was there for bloodwork.
