No, I was on edge Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

No, they didn't wear any cologne Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, they were very calm and understanding Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

I was never uncomfortable Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!
