Jane healed me up from a bad shoulder dislocation, and i have nearly the same ROM as my good shoulder! editing because i forgot to add, my dislocated shoulder now is stronger than it was before. she is friendly and incredibly helpful, clear with her exercises.

I have an incurable chronic neurological condition called Cervical dystonia. I lived in a great deal of constant pain for a decade before I finally got a diagnosis. After Diagnosis the Neurologist recommended Botox injections every 3 month to deaden the muscles that are spasming. This was an extremely painful procedure and about 50% effective after about ten years of doing this the effectiveness was between 25-35%. I finally decided to go another route. PT from Jane at Skyline Physical Therapy is currently an ongoing process. I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago. It was not successful and I was left with severe pain and very limited mobility. The damage to the shoulder joint won't be repaired (my choice), and there may always be pain from that. However, I finally realized that I had frozen shoulder too. Jane did a great job of resolving my frozen shoulder. My range of motion is back to nearly normal and is about as good as it will ever be again because of the surgery I had. Working through the pain is just part of the game in physical therapy or any sort of rehab particularly when pain meds are not being consumed during the rehab process. But for me it is not about the pain during the rehab, but the relief from pain as a result of the rehab process.
