Receiving Bills for a Company I never contacted and their Service that I didn't authorize. I cancelled my service with Turf Masters on January 4, 2019. I have never ordered a service from Bug Out before... but they are somehow connected with Turf Masters. Apparently Bug out came to my house while I was at work sometime in April 2019 (4 months after I cancelled my service with Turf Masters). Great company! Excellent customer service, they scheduled the service which was on time, and came back several times when the infestation changed, fixed the problem and have not had a problem since. Price was reasonable and totally worth it!

He was very professional and did a complete inspection of all stations and a walk through of the interior. He was very personable and explained everything.
