⸻ I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. When I booked my appointment, I specifically requested that my hands be done at the same time as my feet. At the start of the service, I showed the nail technician the exact shape and length I wanted. Throughout the appointment I tried to politely point out concerns, but every time I said something she simply didn’t respond. Another great set of nails from Wendy...🥰
I’ve had shellac here twice in the past year, and both times it chipped within 3–4 days. Very very poor quality and disappointing results. On my last visit, the technician was also quite rude. One positive — the lady who does kids’ pedicures is extremely kind and does a great job. My daughter loved the experience with her !!
