I usually have a great experience at this salon, but unfortunately, today was very disappointing. I booked an appointment online for three people, expecting a smooth and relaxing visit, with my child and a friend from out of town. Instead, things felt rushed and disorganized. Ruby, who did my pedicure, seemed to be having a rough day or simply didn’t have time for me. She didn’t check if I was comfortable, and was quite rough throughout the service. I had to pick 3 different colours before finally having one I wanted that “wasn’t empty” When she showed me the bottle and I said that should be enough just to do French tips with (there was still quite a bit left in the bottle) she said no and immediately closed it, they were rude, the manager was just standing over our shoulders my whole service, and it was a $15 up charge for chrome when I know for a fact that was no where near $15 worth of product or time.
