I’ve been here about 3 times and although I will say the work is good quality. The customer service I’ve received 2/3 times is poor. It seems like technicians really only care about existing customers they have a strong rapport with and not new clientele coming in. Today I walked in for a fill and pedicure and there was a large group of women in there that appeared to be maybe of college age. New to Texas, my mom brought me here for a mani/pedi with her on a Monday morning. She's a regular here. No one else was in the salon. Wanted to do both services together with her, but they only had one tech there for each thing. They started her pedi and I began my mani...that's fine. Started flipping thru the book to see what I wanted and got rushed by the mani tech. Chose a color but I still wasn't sure. Got rushed again.
