Broke down driving across WY. Skyline attempted to charge me over what the book and warranty covers by $1000. I shipped my truck back to a dealer in TX AND had it fixed for cheaper than what they quoted. I’m not sure if it’s dishonesty or ineptitude, but stay away from Skyline. During the couple days that we were stranded in Rawlins, 3 separate folks cautioned me about the service manager by name as someone who’d taken advantage of them.
Worst car dealership ever, bought a Hyundai sonata and 3 hours after getting it the check engine light comes on and we took it back to them they said they were gonna replace it gave us different 2 loaner cars that were very shitting and scary to drive with the noises coming out of the engine , made us wait 3 weeks to get the turbo “changed” after getting it “fixed” 4 hours into driving to go back to Arizona I explained to them my dad is in hospice and I need a reliable car and they said it was fixed got into Colorado and my ... read more
