I have gone through many property managers over the years and Skyline has been the best I have ever worked with. They handle maintenance and guest relations excellently. They are extremely knowledgeable and organized. And they are quick to respond. They have very fair management rates as well. I highly recommend them for owners and for tenants looking for good service as a renter.

I would STRONGLY CAUTION landlords/ investors like myself against hiring Skyline Property Management, specifically SOLOMON SRIVILAY , JAY MAOKHAMPHIOU based on my experience under our property management agreement. During the contract, Solomon and Jay failed to meet professional standards. After 5 months of a vacancy, the first tenant Solomon procured resulted in an eviction within two months ;appeared to result from inadequate screening, leaving me to handle the eviction fees, and eviction process.
