Glorified slum lords. Avoid at all costs.
I wish I could give them no stars but sadly that’s not an option. I’ve never worked with a worse management group in my life. My car got towed from my apartment building and I PAY FOR PARKING. I tried to contact them to get the issue resolved but they would not contact me. I called, emailed, left voicemails, sent texts and I received no answer back from them. They do not even deserve one star. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Management regularly quits leaving you with no one to contact, the property is disgusting and never kept up on, we had sewage coming through the laundry room, and we could keep going with complaints. Even better, you could NEVER get ahold of anyone from management to communicate any issue. Absolutely horrible experience and unacceptable living standards.
This place is a revolving door for residents as well as their employees. Unfortunately what I saw in two months and how I was treated for the two months I am surprised these guys have any business. People are to be treated with kindness and understanding. When you have a CEO treating individuals like trash it does not create a good environment for anyone. This is crazy to say but this place has left me with a bit of trauma due to how I was treated. Posting this review is closure.
