Recently lied to residents about being able to respond to an emergency maintenance issue. Call went unanswered for 2.5 days. The management group advertises 24/7 maintenance when needed, but staffer said they didn’t have access to voice mail or email over the weekend. I learned later they did respond to another neighbor’s water leak over the weekend. So the 24/7 emergency maintenance is a lie, as is the claim that staff can’t access support pleas over the weekend.
