They purposely make themselves impossible to reach so that people will just give up if they have a bone to pick but will resort to harassment and intimidation whenever they want something from you.
Oh what fresh hell it is to reach anyone! Most numbers are disconnected. Tried emailing them with the only email address listed but no response. Try talking to a prop manager he has no idea what HR is! What a freaking nightmare this company is!!!

Illegal entry, erroneous fees that are nowhere in the lease, and onsite management harassing tenants is just the beginning. Do not lease anywhere this management company is in charge of.
This is by far the worst management group I have ever had to work with. I was previously living at Brickyard Flats. Of note, when I signed the lease at this apartment it was under different management. Approximately halfway through my lease, there was a transfer to Skyline Management. Since then, communication with this group has been absolutely horrible; they rarely answer the phone and they do not reply to emails or messages unless it is convenient for them.
