The company has to be the worst out there. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they don’t answer any questions or assist in any way. They hire maintenance people from the streets that don’t know what they are doing. The customer service is atrocious. I seriously have no idea how they can still be up and running with the way they are. As a tenant of theirs for years, I highly recommend you guys do better in the future and learn from your mistakes.
I am amazed at the fact someone gave you 5 stars. Your customer service is reprehensible! There have been 5 calls placed to your establishment over the past month with not so much as a return call, text or email. Perhaps the person who gave you the 5 stars actually works for your company and has NEVER been on of your tenants! Now you know better, DO BETTER!
