very nice and beautiful at night. Resort style living. kind and caring staff. clean and comfortable. luscious pool. friendly parking and cute dog park.
Dog poops and pisses all over the building, including my front door. Managers are doing their best but can’t do much for tenants who are without any common sense and are so rude.
My family lives there. They are nice but phone reception in the apts are not good. The directory to get to a person living there is not working well and some tenants don't even know about it. It has its perks but for the price everything should be in tip top shape.
I've had a great experience living here! The facilities are super nice, staff is helpful and friendly, and you can't beat the location (an easy walk to ASU Downtown!) Fillmore Coffee downstairs is amazing and cheaper than Starbucks. 😊 I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in downtown Phoenix.
