I have been living in Cambridge in my unit at 235 Bishop St S for many years now , I have seen plenty of residential managers come and go . Some driven out by the tenants . Out current manager Penny is doing a wonderful job . We have had some that shouldn't have even been here for a day . I see Penny outside just about every morning around 6 and 630 already working . A lot of tenants don't see her doing her job as they are still in bed . For anyone whom complains about the job she is doing , step into her shoes for a day as ... read more

Regarding do better as a big company, as living here there has been a lot seen as the Manager has allowed people who are moving in to use the front door when you move in you are supposed to use back door this is seen as lot. Floors get soaked in main lobby because of this and someone can slip. People smoking within their units, allowing dogs to urine on balcony, intercome does not work since November and the door had been left unlocked which is not secure and as tentants talk a lot are disappointed and don’t feel safe. The managers at 325 Lakeview dr in woodstock are very useless they do not keep the outside grounds clean in the winter and they let people smoke in there apartments and it’s supposed to be smoke free and they allow movers to park right outfront blocking people from coming and going out the front door and they leave there carts outside Elevator and they do not give notice when they are doing fire alarms and the people who move in get told by there manager to park outfront but you are supposed to move in the back door .
