When apartment has certain high price and doesn't include internet, especially laundry in the cost. Power outage at very inconvenient and such very odd times. Workers who fix the apartment no respect for sign to give for tenants ahead warning even Management doesn't warn them also. Tenants always change their parking spot when the apartment doesn't have their their parking fixed yet for tenants.
