Unlike other centers, Banner Skyline Imaging Center does not provide any images. The Banner patient portal does not include the Skyline Imaging Center for requesting images. It only lists four centers, none are the Skyline Imaging Center. You can only get the report on the regular imaging part of your regular portal page. This is a severe deficiency. I need to share my experience for the parents of autistic children that need x-rays. I gave them warning that we could not back out of this, it needed to be done and we may need many hands to pin down my child. We did not need to do this. Because I gave them heads up they were aware to turn down the lights, put a pad on the bed with blankets. So when we actually got into the Imaging room where my child was very upset to be in we all sat down let her cry and process with patience, she had snacks and a phone to watch, we slowl... read more

Terrible! Been on hold for almost an hour trying to get results of two procedures. How is it possible that no one has picked up the phoneto say anything at all? Unacceptable!

They were very helpful from the beginning I made my appointment to the day I had my MRI. I went there during a snowstorm and Sandi was checking on me on my way there to know if I was ok during my drive. The MRI went smooth and they guide all way through it. I recommend skyline imaging
