I would LOVE to live here! I grew up right down the street on 11th avenue West. Started at West Queen Anne elementary, to McClure jr high, then QA High school. Every time my sisters , & I would go to kinnear Park,or Dick's Drive-In ,or downtown , I always would tell my sisters ,"I'm going to live there someday when I grow up"! Now I'm 64 years old and I never got to go back to Queen Anne Hill. If I could, I would go right there to "Skyline" and asked if I can rent an apartment. I’m a second time the resident of this complex. My first stay was fantastic, it was the time when Roy was the manager. It was great and it was the main reason why I moved in this place second time. But unfortunately I didn’t get the same experience from the beginning and even was considering to move out as soon as I could… UNTIL Tiffany became as a manager of the building!! It is a generally nice place to live, but the management company (Coast Property Management) absolutely sucks. The furnishing in my apartment is terrible, and was extremely dirty when we moved in. There are also weekly "emergency" water shut-offs.

An update on my previous review, It seems like finally owner hired a good management team and one of my friend who is still in this building is happy with the hard work new property manager team is putting into the building. I should say well done and I appreciate to turn this amazing building back to it's potential as a safe and good place to live at. We have lived in this apartment for over 6 months now. It has been a pleasant experience. The location is extremely nice with a park in the front. It also has easy street parking available in the front. The apartment building is basic with great views of puget sound and Seattle downtown. Ben and Layne are responsible for managing/maintaining the building. They've been very friendly and helpful in our stay till now.
