I’m a second time the resident of this complex. My first stay was fantastic, it was the time when Roy was the manager. It was great and it was the main reason why I moved in this place second time. But unfortunately I didn’t get the same experience from the beginning and even was considering to move out as soon as I could… UNTIL Tiffany became as a manager of the building!! We have lived in this apartment for over 6 months now. It has been a pleasant experience. The location is extremely nice with a park in the front. It also has easy street parking available in the front. The apartment building is basic with great views of puget sound and Seattle downtown. Ben and Layne are responsible for managing/maintaining the building. They've been very friendly and helpful in our stay till now. I have a friend that lives at these apartments. If I didn't already live in my own apartment, I would love to live there. A beautiful indoor apartment complex that's located right across the street from a grand dog walking park plus across the street right there is the Puget Sound. The bus line is also on the same street. Very convenient and it's in a very safe part of town, this quaint, peaceful little neighborhood! I love it! ❤️

I recently moved into Skyline House Apartments and I have to say that my experience has been fantastic! From the moment I first reached out to inquire about available units, the apartment manager, Ben, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. He went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions were answered and that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. An update on my previous review, It seems like finally owner hired a good management team and one of my friend who is still in this building is happy with the hard work new property manager team is putting into the building. I should say well done and I appreciate to turn this amazing building back to it's potential as a safe and good place to live at.
