Poor company to do business with, they're not in tune to what's going on when people put in offers on their homes. We put in a offer on two houses and we came to an agreement on price and earnest money, then before we could sign the contract they resended their offer. They also try to make you sign builder addendums that don't even apply to the home you're buying. We were trying to buy a house that was already built and totally finished and they sent us forms to sign that people would be signing if they agreed to have the ho... read more
