I agree. I also had a terrible experience with William Watson. Make sure you ask NOT to be assigned William WATSON as your sales person. Dont know about others but management there seems to be very hands off/poor.
The evening before I was supposed to close my house they called me and said that my loan couldn't approve yet because i needed to give them more paper work... mind you this was an evening before.
they never read their emails so when you send them paperwork for your loan they its as if they never got it. this problem has led to the approval of my loan being postponed several times.
I recently began my home search and wanted to know what I might qualify for. I was contacted by Tom Maddock from Skyline who quickly yet with great detail walked me through what I could afford, payment details, and a few miscellaneous questions I had for him. All this data and more was prepped and sent to me to review with my wife that night and when we are ready to pursue a home, he will be my first call. Thanks, Tom!
If you have john and Matthew doing mortgage loan have fun rescheduling you close date just about 100 times because they haven't finished approving your loan:)
