The pilot himself was cool . However , you only get a 15 min ride, you have to pay for airport storage fees of 25$ which they don't tell you until you get there. To me the money vs the flight time isn't worth it.
The helicopter ride was a very exciting experience but as of 4 the place of business on how they run things they need to brush it up a little bit better and when people come in they need to let customers know whether they're going to be flying in groups or not because I called them twice and not one time had they informed me that I would be in the company of others on something that I paid for. OMG so amazing!!!! We had the best time and happened to be flying over the strip when the fountains were going at Bellagio!!!
We arrived on time, after calling to confirm that we were booked for our flight. When arriving we were told that our flight had been cancelled & offered a return NO APOLOGY & basically acted like it wasn't their problem after hiring a car to bring us to come out for my friends 40TH BIRTHDAY!... They acted like it wasn't their fault & we left sorely disappointed.. would never ever use this company again. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
What a great experience from the beginning to the end! I would do it all over if I get to Vegas again!
