I lived at Skyline Heights for two years and here is my overall review: PARKING: When I first moved in, the asphalt near the apartments were very very bad. Cracks everywhere. They did an entire asphalt project over one summer, which inconvenienced a lot of residents because we couldn’t park there for 3 days. this is the worst apartment to live in in the Bay Area, they would butter you up when you sign and ask for reviews, after that good luck! Dumpster always full, maintenance always late. They tell you they are coming but it has been days since they told me they are coming.
Amazing service from Dj and Jay!
Pros: relatively cheap rent Cons: - didn't feel safe. caught 2 guys looking into a first floor apartment window at night, someone peeing, and someone throwing up. check out megan's law - water temperature is always too hot or too cold, and could change in the middle of a shower to start burning or freezing - maintenance closed requests without a response - management is rude and a mess. they gave me the wrong parking space when I moved in, and took a few days before I figured out where I should park on my own. management ins... read more
