I brought my Mercedes ML350 in for body work following a hit and run which destroyed my side view mirror. David and associates worked to find bargain replacement parts that kept me within the insurance estimate. It took awhile to get the repair completed, but was well worth the wait. The mirror works and looks brand new. I’m very happy with the experience, and would definitely use them again.
Terrible customer service. The guy obviously didn't want to help me with my ford. I don't know why Since I have a ford and their skyline ford collision. They didn't even want to give me an estimate. Maybe they're too backed up, but they didn't make that clear. Would definitely not recommend this place
car was sent here after being rear ended for an estimate. they proposed “pulling” structural components back into place rather than replacing them even though ford collision manual states that the part they were attempting to “pull” back into place needs to be completely replaced if damaged. They also didn’t include 3/4 of the parts and labor needed on the estimate because they knew the car would be totaled and they wouldn’t get paid for any repairs if they did. called a dozen times, half the time got voice mail, half the ti... read more
